So How to List Your Business on Google Maps with Google My Business or Google+ ?

Simply Follow these steps:

Step 1: Firstly create the Google+.

You need a Google+ account for local listing and fill your profile there in short This is your personal Google+ profile.So signup on Google.com and make the Google+ Id.

Step 2: Now Create a Page for your Business or Brand

Click here :- www.google.com/local

Put you business here

Step 3: Manage your pages

so after than it brings you next page and then click on Get your page button.

And If you have already Google+ page you can also by short cut go to All Your Google+ Pages from the drop down menu on the top right. Then click on Get Your Page.

After that in the next page you have to choose one option among three of these.but you have to choose carefully here.because with first 2 options you can add an address in the map but last option doesn't allow you.

So after click on first or second option.it brings you directly to the map page.So by Google+ it will access automatically My Business page. In the text box write your business keyword and click on search icon and Google appear you some address or names related your entered keyword.because Google assumes that you have may already listed your business on the map.Then you have to click on" Add Your Business".

After click on Add Your Business you will be taken to the next step and enter your business details in this page.

Agree the terms of policy.you can read as well before continue.

Enter your pin or city here and click on add button.

Click on "Mail me my code" for verification if you don't want to be continue than simply click on "Continue and verify later".

Google will confirm your address and then send you a 6 digit verification on a post card to your address. Because Google want to make sure that there are not any inaccurate listings on Google Maps.


Step 2: Now Create a Dashboard Page for your Business 

Edit your detail about your business here.because this is your place of business provided by Google to you.You can simply add/edit your phone number, website, category, open or close working hours for the map.and you can add photos and some text here because it would show there when someone searches for your business name on Google.
